Angela Fabian, jazz singer, has a voice and stage persona that captivates any audience, and generates a spark that ignites both young and old.

The Nebraska heartland woman belts out a deep soulful spiritual sound with an exhilarating range that will have you in anticipation of every word.

Born in Omaha, Nebraska, Angela began singing at the age of 12 in her church and school choirs. Her first taste of secular performance saw her tour with an all female group that traveled throughout Mid-west USA and Canada. She was 17.

Angela was then snapped up as lead singer of the New Orleans band "Ges Werk", which was a well-known feature in New Orleans, and at US Department of Defense events.

Her unerring musical ability has taken her to many places throughout the world, including Korea, Japan, Ireland Africa, Egypt, Croatia, England, Panama, Honduras, Kuwait, Hawaii, Amsterdam, Germany, and Italy to name a few, entertaining international audiences for six years.

In 2000 Angela performed in Taipei, Taiwan at the Grand Hyatt which opened doors for her as a jazz solo artist. Soon Angela was called back to Taipei to perform at the Brown Sugar jazz club, and has sang jazz ever since, loving every bit of it.

Angela's powerful voice was quickly recognised, and she was hired by Universal Records in Asia to sing background vocals for national artists, and was aired on MTV Asia. In the summer of 2003, Angela and her jazz trio performed at the Western Heritage Jazz Festival, headlining for Jonathon Butler and Gerald Albright. Angela and her band also performed at the Summer Jazz Jamm Fest in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Angela is very versatile with an exceptional ability to entertain in a style all her own. She has successfully mixed the sound of yesterday, today and tomorrow locked in a very nice groove.

Black Cat was formed by Terry Francis and Michael Glyde in 2002 who were looking for like-minded musicians to play some swing and jump blues.

Both Terry and Michael have had many years in the business in Australia and overseas and after an extensive search and a few changes to the line-up they found three seasoned blues men in Saul, Leon and Red - and the band hit the road.

Since then the band has become an extremely tight unit with a hot swing blues sound. They make every tune their own and play it to the hilt!

Peter “Panga” Reilly is an institution in South East Queensland. His gritty vocals and wailing blues harp can be heard at venues and festivals from Byron Bay to the Sunshine Coast.

An Australian band playing mostly American Blues in an exciting style, Panga and the True Blues are able to interpret each song in their own unique way. Panga’s vocals can go from smooth lower register, to gravel-laced scream, depending on the mood each song requires.

His harmonica style is derived from, according to him, influences as varied as Sonny Boy Williamson (2nd), Paul Butterfield and Charlie Musselwhite.
This high-energy, hard-working Blues Band plays from Byron to Bundaberg. They appear regularly at the “Blues-on-Broadbeach” festival each May and have played at the infamous Gympie Muster.

Panga and the True Blues have released the albums Live @ the Ox in ‘99 (recorded @ the Oxenford Tavern) and Six Feet in the Ground studio album in 2006. New recordings are planned for later this year, including some more original songs.

Panga and the True Blues are Vic Holder (Guitar), Steve Luckett (Guitar), Terry Eaves (Bass), Jon McKinnon (Bass), Max Murphy (Drums), and Peter "Panga" (Vocals/Harmonica).
